How do I move a lot of .msg files on my file system into e-rkive?

 

You will need to move these messages back into Outlook to be able to archive them, This is very straight forward.

  1. Open Outlook and create a new PST file with all the relevant folders to contain the message files you have on your filesystem
  2. Open Windows Explorer and locate the folder containing the messages you want to move back to Outlook
  3. Highlight all the messages you want to move in Windows Explorer then drag and drop them onto the appropriate folder in Outlook
  4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 for each folder of messages you wish to move into Outlook
    5.  

Once all the messages are moved back to Outlook you can archive them in E-Rkive.
