With E-Rkive, you can tailor your archive features and processes to suit your needs:

Database path

Information about your messages are stored in a database called EmailArchive.dat. This option sets the location of the default database.

Prevent archived messages from being deleted from the archive

Once messages are archived, you can protect your messages from being accidentally removed.

Set a maximum size in mb of disk space that the archive should not exceed.

Restrict the amount of disk space used by the archive. Set a warning to prompt you to burn the archive to CD and start afresh.

When to Archive

Set how often to archive messages, how to manage archived messages, which MS Outlook folder(s) to archive from.

Level of Message Compression

Manage the size of your archive by selecting either no compression, or 3 levels of compression.
